1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chloe's services (the "Service"), provided by Crown AI Systems LLC ("Crown AI Systems," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Chloe provides an AI-powered receptionist service designed to handle phone calls, book appointments, and capture leads for businesses. The Service answers and transcribes inbound telephone calls and is built on and integrates with third-party platforms.

3. AI Service Disclaimer

Chloe is automated software powered by artificial intelligence. It may misunderstand callers, mishear or record information incorrectly, produce inaccurate or incomplete responses, and occasionally fail to complete a requested task such as booking an appointment or delivering a message. Chloe is a tool to assist your business and does not replace human judgment. You are responsible for reviewing the results of calls — such as appointments, messages, and transfers — and for any decision or action taken based on them. Chloe is not an emergency service and must not be relied upon for urgent, emergency, medical, or safety-critical needs. Any caller with an emergency should hang up and dial 911 or contact the appropriate emergency service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and to provide accurate business information for use by the Service.

5. Call Transcribing and Consent

To provide the Service, Chloe answers and transcribes inbound telephone calls. Laws governing the transcription and monitoring of telephone calls vary by state, and some states require the consent of all parties to a call. You are solely responsible for providing any legally required notice to callers, for obtaining any legally required consent before calls are transcribed, and for otherwise complying with all laws that apply to your calls and your business, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state telecommunications laws. Crown AI Systems LLC does not provide legal advice regarding these obligations. You agree to indemnify and hold Crown AI Systems LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your failure to provide required notice or obtain required consent.

6. Payment and Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at signup (Starter $197/mo, Professional $297/mo, and Growth $497/mo, plus applicable taxes and any usage or overage charges disclosed at signup). We offer a 14-day free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. To cancel, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change pricing on a prospective basis; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Crown AI Systems LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state of Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
