Follow these simple steps to forward your business phone number to your dedicated Chloe AI number.

Locate your Chloe Number
You can find your dedicated Chloe phone number in your welcome email or inside your account dashboard.

Contact your current carrier
Reach out to your current phone service provider (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, RingCentral, Comcast) and request to set up Call Forwarding or Conditional Call Forwarding.

Provide your Chloe Number
Give them your Chloe number and specify whether you want all calls forwarded immediately, or only when you don't answer (conditional forwarding).

Test the connection
Once your carrier confirms the setup, call your main business number from a different phone to ensure Chloe answers successfully.
